What is the lead time for my order?
Most orders can be filled within two weeks dependant on the order size and availability of raw materials from various suppliers.
Do you have a minimum order?
We specialize in small batch orders. Please contact a member of our customer service team to learn more.
Do you have a maximum order limit?
We have no maximums. Please contact a member of our customer service team if you have any questions, we would love to talk to you!
Who regulates dietary supplements?
The FDA has regulatory responsibility for dietary supplements. We offer assistance with any FDA compliance in regards to your order.
What about quality assurance?
We utilize industry standard operating procedures or cGMP’s. We sample the raw product, conduct testing and certify acceptance after testing.
How is my order shipped?
We box and palletize your order and then use a common carrier or large freight carrier to send the order to you. Alternatively you can pick up the order yourself at our freight dock.
