Ingredient Sourcing
We source from certified domestic and international suppliers. Each raw material arrives with a Certificate of Analysis (COA) that our QA team verifies before acceptance. Organic, non-GMO, and conventional options available.
Formula Review & Development
Our production team reviews your formula for feasibility, fill weight, and capsule sizing. We can assist with formulation development if you’re building a product from scratch.
Precision Blending
Ingredients are weighed on calibrated scales and blended in our dedicated mixing room using protocols that ensure homogeneous distribution throughout every batch.
Pre-Encapsulation QA
A sample of the blended material is pulled and tested for identity, potency, heavy metals, and microbiological limits before any product enters the capsule filling machines.
Capsule Filling
Product is encapsulated in gelatin or HPMC (vegetarian) capsules. We stock sizes 000, 00, 0, 1, 2, 3, and 4. Fill weight tolerances are maintained within ±3% per capsule.
Post-Encapsulation QA
The finished capsule lot is re-sampled. Our QA lab runs dissolution profiling, weight variation, and a final potency check. Lots that don’t meet spec are rejected — no exceptions.
Bottling, Labeling & Packaging
We bottle in HDPE or glass containers, apply your custom label, add tamper-evident seals, cotton fill or silica desiccant, and pack into retail cartons. Child-resistant caps available.
Palletizing & Shipping
Orders are palletized and shipped via common or LTL freight carrier to your warehouse or distributor. Dock pickup available at our Oceanside facility.

Gelatin Capsules (Hard Shell)
Our most popular option. Two-piece hard shell gelatin capsules provide excellent barrier properties, precise dosing, and a smooth consumer experience. Suitable for powders, granules, pellets, and small tablets.
- Bovine (BSE-free certified) or porcine gelatin available
- Sizes: 000 (1.37mL) through 4 (0.21mL)
- Opaque, transparent, or two-tone color options
- Excellent moisture barrier for hygroscopic ingredients
Vegetarian Capsules (HPMC)
Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC) capsules are plant-derived, suitable for vegan and vegetarian consumers. Slightly higher moisture content than gelatin — we adjust desiccant accordingly.
